Rhythm, size, and the few rules there are.
A regular call where two or three people bring a decision and the rest push on it, plus a written channel in between. Cadence is being set with the first people through the door rather than decided in advance.
Deliberately small. A room where being wrong out loud is safe does not scale past the point where people stop knowing each other's names. If it outgrows that, the answer is another room, not a bigger one.
Push hard on the idea and never on the person. Assume the other builder has constraints you cannot see. Nobody is anybody's project. And what is said in a hard season stays in the room — several of us have brought work here while carrying something heavy, and that has to be safe or none of the rest is real.
None. There is no tier to upgrade to. If that ever changes it will be said plainly and in advance, and it will not be framed as an opportunity.
