What this is

A short, plain account — so you can tell quickly whether it is for you.

The short version

A community of people who write software — increasingly alongside AI agents — and who are trying to let what they believe reach the actual work, rather than sit beside it.

Why not just a faith-and-work group

Those exist and some are good. The difference here is what counts as a contribution. We are not looking for encouragement about programming; we are looking for the moment a conviction met a decision and the decision changed. That is narrower, and it is harder, and it is the only thing we have found that does not drift into platitude.

Why AI makes this urgent rather than interesting

For most of software history the ethical questions arrived after the build. Agents changed that. When you hand a system authority to act, you have to answer — before it runs — what it is for, what it must never do, and what it should hesitate over. Those are formation questions. The church has had vocabulary for them for two thousand years, and almost nobody is bringing it to the table.

What we are not

Not a course, not a cohort, not a mastermind, not a funnel. Nobody is credentialed here and nobody is ranked. If this ever starts producing an expert tier, it has failed and should be said so plainly.

That is the whole pitch.

If it sounds like your kind of room, the invitation is one page over.
